Matthew Pederson
MATTHEW D. PEDERSON was born and raised in North Platte, Nebraska. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Social Science Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2010, he enrolled in the University of Nebraska College of Law where he received the John M. Gradwohl-Nebraska Council of School Attorneys and Harold Mosher Scholarships. While in law school, he worked for the University of Nebraska Foundation as a law clerk and coached high school boys soccer at Lincoln High School.
In May of 2013, Matt received his juris doctorate. He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court of Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Since returning to North Platte, Matt has stayed active in the community. He has served on various boards and organizations including NEBRASKALand Days, North Platte Chamber Ambassadors, the North Platte Community Playhouse, Mid Plains United Way, and Sunrise Rotary. Matt has served on the North Platte Public Schools Board of Education since 2016.
Matt practices primarily in the areas of banking, business and corporate, real estate, probate, wills and trusts, and guardianship and conservatorships.
Matt is married to Lindsey who practices dentistry in North Platte. They have two sons, Matthew and George.
